Classes run approximately 3 hours in length.
The objective of this course is to supply servers and sellers with Title 4 approved liquor law training. For the employees of licensed establishments where liquor is sold and consumed on the premises or "on-sale," such as restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels. This three-hour class is geared towards servers and bartenders. The course covers current Arizona Liquor Law (A.R.S. Title 4), liability concerns and procedures to deal with problem situations.
CAMERA AND MICROPHONE ON PHONE OR COMPUTER ARE MANDATORY FOR VIRTUAL ZOOM CLASSES
You will be sent an email the week before and the morning of the class with the link for the Zoom class. You will need a Zoom account prior to the class. Participation is required and attendance will be checked throughout the class. Certificated will be emailed upon completion.
Use your legal name when registering for class. This will be used to create your certificate.

It's also designed to help you look at your business practices with the eye of a risk assessor to avoid pitfalls and citations.
