As responsible business operators, it is morally and ethically irresponsible to serve alcohol without properly training the team. For years we have relied on BCAE for all of our training needs and we will not hire staff unless they complete the BCAE class. It’s simply a no-brainer.

Efficient and cost effective… KUDOS!
Kudos to BCAE for meeting our liquor training needs! ABC was very helpful in coordinating an on-site BASIC liquor training staff for almost 20 of our alcohol-service staff. With our company policy that all alcohol-service staff attend a state-approved liquor training class, this was the easiest and most cost efficient way to go. The few who could not attend due to restaurant scheduling were scheduled at a later date off-site, but the on-site training was truly a lifesaver for us.
